Previously separate species TRANSMISSIBLE GASTROENTERITIS VIRUS; PORCINE RESPIRATORY CORONAVIRUS; CANINE CORONAVIRUS AND FELINE CORONAVIRUS merged into this species on the basis of similar genome nucleotide sequence and genome organization.
