Oral Allergy Syndrome

Allergic reaction to certain foods, including fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts which share CROSS REACTIONS to allergens from trees, grass or pollens. Oral allergy syndrome is limited to itchy lips, mouth, and throat without severe ANAPHYLAXIS and is often associated with chronic EOSINOPHILIC ESOPHAGITIS.
